Pretty good

I admit I haven't beaten the game yet, but two issues have stood out to me so far. One, is that although the game does save your experience level and current equipment, it does not save your gold when you quit the game and reload later, it seems. The second is that the second area is extremely difficult, but farming the semi-boss for exp seems both easy and necessary, as the later levels of the area seem nearly impossible without doing so.

Reasonable base but didn't seem nearly complete.

The animation was okay but could have used more work. The number and types of enemies and weapons could have been improved. Granted, the enemies are zombies, but the AI made the game too easy. I created a glitch trying to get past what was apparently the end of the area that caused me to warp on top of the last building and then fall off the other end of it and into nothingness. Considering the number of other games with the same theme, this one seems fairly unpolished.

I liked it.

There're a lot of bugs and weird bits, though. For example, when I reloaded my game, a lot of the prices some places were set to 0 so I was able to progress through the storyline way fast. And another thing, after I subdued the bodyguard she reappeared later to warn me that Mieng wanted to talk to me. ??? Fun, though.

Fun.

RE previous review: You need to make sure that your unemployment and resources are high enough. Speaking of which, it'd be useful if it played a sound explaining why an attempt to build has failed.

Anyway, the game was pretty fun. I loved the ending, I had been thinking about that while I was playing.

Oh yeah I forgot about that - I should just say "read the damn instructions" next time. ;)

Fun...

The only problem I have with this game is that it's chock full of glitches. Here's a list of a few I noticed...

1. Kill Master mode: Each time, it says you need to kill X number of vampires, but it doesn't reset your kill count, so on the second and third you only have to kill ten each. (This may not be a mistake, but it seems like it could be one.)

2. Cheats: When I go to the cheat screen for invincibility, I can't see my cursor while it's on screen.

3. Forward/back through cheats: Don't want to give too much away, but messing around with back in the cheat screens can let you see the other cheat screens, which I found out while trying to get back to the menu when my cursor disappeared.

Fun.

I found it somewhat annoying that one getting by is a game over and you can't continue or anything.

i had a life system before... though it got way to easy.. i dont belive in games wich you can play for all eternity.. and it just gets easier and easier

Interesting.

I kept falling through the platforms for no apparent reason. Top score of 18 seconds, low score of 1 second. It would have been nice to be able to hit a key to replay instead of having to switch between mouse and keyboard every few seconds.

Huh?

You need to add some kind of documentation.

Not bad, but some issues

The controls aren't particularly intuitive (maybe I'm just stupid, but it took me a minute to figure out how to enter the dojo); it needs instructions for dumb people like me. Also, when holding down any key on the keyboard that doesn't do something else, it shows the walking animation.

Yo.
